Avey

Terms

Last updated 19 August 2026

Using Avey means agreeing to this. It is short because there is not much to it: you keep your data, we keep the service running as well as we reasonably can, and neither of us pretends it is more than that.

What Avey is

A planning tool that reads what you put into it and suggests how a week might go. It is provided free, as it is, by Juurnee.

It is not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and its suggestions are suggestions. Nothing it proposes takes effect without you accepting it.

Your account

  • You need a working email address and must be at least 16.
  • Keep your password to yourself. Anything done from your account is treated as done by you.
  • One person per account. Do not share a login.
  • Tell us at hello.aveyai@gmail.com if you think somebody else has got in.

What you put in

It stays yours. Juurnee claims no ownership of anything you write, and takes no licence to it beyond what is needed to store it, show it back to you, and send it to the language model when you ask Avey something.

You are responsible for what you put in. Do not use Avey to store anything unlawful, or anything about another person that they would not want stored.

What is expected of you

  • Do not attempt to reach another account's data, or to get around the limits on the service.
  • Do not automate heavy use of the parts that cost money to run, particularly conversations and screenshot reading.
  • Do not resell Avey or present it as your own.

An account doing any of these may be suspended without notice. If that happens you can still ask for a copy of your data.

What is not promised

Avey runs on free infrastructure and is maintained by one person. It may be slow, briefly unavailable, or wrong. Features may change or be removed. There is no uptime guarantee and no support commitment.

Take your own backups of anything you cannot afford to lose. Settings has a one-tap export for exactly this.

To the extent the law allows, Juurnee is not liable for any loss arising from using Avey, including anything missed because Avey did not remind you of it. It is a planning aid, not a guarantee that a plan happens.

Ending it

Delete your account from Settings whenever you like. It removes everything, immediately and permanently.

Avey may be discontinued. If that happens you will be given reasonable notice and a chance to export your data first.

Changes and law

These terms may change, and the date at the top changes with them. Continuing to use Avey after that means accepting the new version.

They are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Nothing here removes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be contracted out of.
