Avey is run by Juurnee. You can reach us at hello.aveyai@gmail.com about anything on this page, including asking for a copy of your data or its deletion.

Only what you put in, plus the little needed to run an account.

• Your email address, and a hash of your password. The password itself is never stored and cannot be recovered from the hash.
• Your name and timezone, if you give them.
• Everything you create: calendar blocks, goals, projects, milestones, reminders, habits and check-ins, ideas, notes, your vision board and its images, and weekly reflections.
• Your conversations with Avey, and the things it records as worth remembering about how you work.
• A record of when blocks were moved, postponed or cancelled, which is what the weekly review is built from.
• When you last signed in, so the account can be counted as active.

There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracker on any page. Nothing follows you off this site.

Three companies, each for one job, and none of them for advertising.

• Supabase hosts the database. Everything above is stored there.
• Vercel runs the application and its servers.
• Groq runs the language model. When you talk to Avey, or ask it to read a screenshot of your timetable, the relevant part of your records is sent to Groq so it can answer — including goal and block titles, and whatever you typed.

If you connect Google Calendar, Avey reads your events from Google and stores its access tokens encrypted. You can disconnect at any time in Settings, and the tokens are destroyed with the connection.

Email goes through SendGrid or Resend, and only for things you asked for: your morning briefing, your evening debrief, and password resets.

• Your data is never sold, rented, or shared for advertising.
• Nothing you write is used to train a language model. Avey sends context to Groq to get an answer back, and that is the end of it.
• Nobody at Juurnee reads your entries. The internal metrics page shows counts only and has no screen that can display what anybody wrote.

• Download everything Avey holds as a single JSON file, from Settings, at any time.
• Delete your account from Settings. That removes every row belonging to you, immediately and permanently. There is no recovery afterwards and no copy kept.
• Delete individual things as you go. Removed items sit in the Recycle bin until you empty it.

Backups taken for disaster recovery may hold a copy for up to 30 days after deletion, after which they expire.

Passwords are hashed with scrypt. Sessions are signed cookies that expire, and they can be revoked from Settings with “sign out everywhere”. Google tokens are encrypted before they reach the database. Every query is scoped to the account that made it.

No system is perfect. If you find a problem, tell us at the address above and we will fix it and say what happened.

On servers in Australia and the United States, depending on the provider. Using Avey means your data may be processed in either.

Avey is not intended for anyone under 16, and accounts are not knowingly created for them.

If this changes in a way that affects what happens to your data, the date at the top changes and you will be told before it takes effect.
